When you sign up for any service within eloveagain.com group of companies, affiliates or agents you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the Agreement between us. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the service and therefore please exit this site now. By using eloveagain.com websites or pages and/or those of its affiliates after January 20, 2006 you are agreeing to be bound by this Agreement, including all amendments made to date.
Prohibitions: No site content may be copied, reproduced, modified, publicly distributed, publicly displayed, or otherwise used without prior, written, specific, advance permission from Love Again Network Inc, except that site contents may be downloaded and/or printed for your individual use, but not sold, rented, leased or otherwise directly or indirectly commercially exploited.

Rights to Use: Your right to use our website is subject to any limitations, conditions and restrictions established by us from time to time, in our sole discretion. We may alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time, including the availability of any service feature, database or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the service or restrict your access to parts or all of the website without notice or liability. If you are a non-resident of Canada then your right to access the services, and in particular log-in or access any database, is limited and restricted to a location situated outside of Canada. Code of Conduct: You agree to use eloveagain.com website and Peer Support Applications in accordance with the following Code of Conduct:
a) you will keep all information provided to you through the website and Peer Support Applications as private and confidential and will not give such information to anyone without the permission of the person who provided it to you
b) you will not use the website and Peer Support Applications to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behaviour, including but not limited to the posting of communications, pictures, videos or audio recordings which contain libellous, slanderous, abusive or defamatory statements, or racist, pornographic, obscene, or offensive language or images
c) you will not forward chain letters through the website and/or Peer Support Applications
d) you will not use the website and Peer Support Applications to infringe the privacy rights, property rights, or any other rights of any person
e) you will not post or otherwise distribute messages, pictures or recordings or use the website or Peer Support Applications in any way which violates, plagiarizes or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any copyright or trade-mark law, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights, including other intellectual property rights; or is fraudulent, misleading or otherwise unlawful or violates any law
f) you will not use the website or Peer Support Applications to distribute, promote or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation for funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services
g) you will not use the website or Peer Support Applications to distribute or up load any virus, trojan horses or do anything else that might cause harm to the website, Peer Support Applications or eloveagain.com and its affiliates or to other subscribers of eloveagain.com or its affiliates in any way and
h) you will not post or transmit in any manner any contact information including, but not limited to, email addresses, "instant messenger" nicknames, telephone numbers, postal addresses, URLs, or full names through your publicly posted information.
Links to Other Sites: Disclaimers: If the eloveagain.com pages provide a link to or URL for any third party site, then your use of that site is at your own risk. Love Again Network Inc does not control, monitor, or endorse any such third party site.
General Disclaimers: Love Again Network Inc DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, REGARDING THE ELOVEAGAIN.COM PAGES CONTENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FREEDOM FROM BUGS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR TIMELINESS OR ACCURACY. IN NO EVENT WILL LOVE AGAIN NETWORK INC BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY REGARDING ANY SITE CONTENT OR UNAVAILABILITY, INCLUDING SOFTWARE DOWNLOADS, FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Future Revisions of this TOS: We can modify these terms effective upon posting to this site, without prior notice, whether oral or written, to you. Please check the TOS (e.g., comparing the version number or version date information) at each visit.
Miscellaneous: Our posting of any material is not a waiver of any Love Again Network Inc or third party intellectual property or other rights. If any third party makes any claim against Love Again Network Inc, its agents, officers, owners, or any affiliate relating to any alleged breach by you of the TOS or any applicable law, then you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Love Again Network Inc, its agents, directors, employees, officers, owners, and affiliates from all related damages and costs. This TOS does not modify any other agreement that you might have with Love Again Network Inc or any of the eloveagain.com pages. This site is hosted and all contents are posted through Love Again Network Inc.
No delay of Love Again Network Inc to detect, protest, or remedy any breach of this TOS will constitute a waiver of any rights, defenses, or remedies by Love Again Network Inc.
Governing Law:This Agreement is entered into in British Columbia, Canada. You agree that it will be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be subject to the courts of the Province of British Columbia and the federal courts applicable within the Province. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Notice to Advertisers: All content used on the eloveagain.com pages for advertising your business cannot be guaranteed by Love Again Network Inc; Love Again Network Inc assumes no responsibility or risk related to clients or third parties received from an advertisement for your services or products on any of the eloveagain.com pages. Love Again Network Inc reserves the right to refuse an advertisement to any business on the eloveagain.com pages. Payments received for monthly or annual payments for advertisements on any of the eloveagain.com pages are completely nonrefundable.
